The aim of project
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) of Pakistan implements an Organizational Development (OD) initiative aimed at enhancing the internal capacities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This program focuses on strengthening key areas such as financial management, human resources, strategic planning, compliance, and operational efficiency. Through its Training Services, SMEDA offers a variety of programs, including workshops, seminars, and conferences, designed to improve SMEs' knowledge and skills in technical, marketing, financial, regulatory, and legal aspects. These initiatives aim to boost productivity, quality, competitiveness, and sustainability, thereby reducing SME mortality rates and increasing overall efficiency.
