PPD - Yerevan is a capacity-building project aimed at strengthening the managerial and strategic skills of business association leaders in Armenia. The project provides comprehensive training in key areas such as marketing, lobbying, negotiation skills, team leadership, and the development of business associations. A strong focus is placed on enhancing the ability of associations to formulate effective policy papers and engage in export promotion and value chain development, particularly within the agri-food sector.
